Payment options include net banking, debit/credit cards, UPI, and wallets. Online payments are subject to validation checks and may incur handling fees by the card issuer. We are not responsible for declined payments or additional fees.
9. Account Closure
Request refunds for deposits via support@valorawater.com. Account closure will be processed within 48 hours of request. The retailer/distributor will refund the deposit within 7 working days of jar pickup.
10. Confidential Information
Neither party shall disclose or use any confidential information provided under this agreement except as necessary to perform obligations. Passwords and access information must be kept confidential. This obligation survives the agreement’s termination.
11. Copyright and Trademark Notices
Valora Water owns or is authorized to use all intellectual property on the site. Use or reproduction of such intellectual property is prohibited except as provided in these Terms of Use.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Your use of the website is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may withdraw or amend services without notice. We are not liable if the site is unavailable.
